Motts Military Museum

Established in 1987, the Motts Military Museum was originally housed in the home of Warren E. Motts but later moved to the larger Groveport building in 1999. From the American Revolutionary War to the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, the museum contains artifacts from every military conflict involving the United States. The intention of the museum is to educate the public on the history of America's military through artifacts and personal accounts of those who have served in the US Armed Forces. The Motts Military Museum is located across the tracks from downtown Groveport, just northeast of the Rickenbacker International Airport.

Actors' Theatre Company

The Actors' Theatre Company is a public theater, meaning its performances are entirely free to attend. The company is one of the most well known in central Ohio, producing a wide array of classical works, with an emphasis on Shakespeare. Southern Theatre

The Southern Theatre is one of Ohio's oldest extant performance spaces, a former vaudeville and movie hall that now presents such local favorites as the Columbus Jazz Orchestra and Chamber Music Columbus. Renovated in 1998, the Southern features nearly a 1,000 luxury seats facing a gorgeous stage set in a semicircular frame. Located in the downtown area, the theater lies directly across from the City Center parking garage.

Kelton House Museum & Garden

Offering a unique peek into 19th century Columbus, Kelton House Museum & Garden is a fully furnished Victorian home and restored Victorian-era garden. The home features an impressive array of furnishings, household items and clothing used by the original occupants, including dishes, silverware, books and even a carefully preserved scrapbook. Once a stop on the historic Underground Railroad, tours of the home offer insight into the workings of the Underground Railroad and the role the Kelton House played in its success. Located in the East Town Street Historic District, the Kelton House lies just down the street from Heritage Museum of Kappa Kappa.

Topiary Garden

Description:

"A landscape of a painting of a landscape," Columbus' Topiary Park replicates George Seurat's post-impressionist painting, A Sunday on the Island of la Grande Jatte in topiary, gaining attention from such renown publications as Life, National Geographic and The Wall Street Journal. Created by artist James T. Mason and maintained by topiarist Elaine Mason, the park features topiary people, boats, dogs, a cat and a monkey, as well as picnic tables, a gift shop and a visitors center for the enjoyment of park visitors. Located on historic East Town Street, the garden is located in Old Deaf School Park.

Gardens At Gantz Farm

The Gardens At Gantz Farm is a professionally landscaped herb garden on the property of the 100-acre Gantz Farm, built in 1832. The attached farmhouse is one of only two sites in Grove City listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 27-acre garden is organized by the way the herbs grown in each area are used such as culinary, medicinal, fragrance and dye purposes. The Gardens at Gantz Farm is located in Gantz Park, in the heart of Grove City.

Columbus Museum of Art

Franklin Park Conservatory
